We all look forward to the weekend and wearing our easy-going, comfortable outfits. But, during the summer weekends, these outfits need to be extra easy-breezy (literally). After waking up a little bit later than usual and then falling into an Instagram wormhole, the temperature outside can reach its peak by the time you finally make that iced-coffee run and start your weekend errands. Thus, the outfit you choose better feel close to invisible or else you won’t be making it all the way to your favorite mom and pop coffee shop. The closest Starbucks will have to suffice instead and that just seems wrong on the weekend. So, keeping this in mind during my latest search for solutions to avoid sweating to death, I was pleased to find this breezy jumpsuit (here).
This skinny-striped jumpsuit by Faithfull the Brand was such a terrific find due to its relaxed fit, sccop back, and wide-leg silhouette with side slits. While wearing it I felt cool and calm, like I could comfortably run all my errands without having to give up and hail a taxi home half way through. The nautical nod given off by the rope belt (with tassels!) tickled my fancy too, as this thin number would also be great when worn during seaside trips.
