I really don’t think I can count the number of times that I’ve worn a little black dress. During any season, an LBD will always do you right. The only downfall is that they can all start to the look the same after awhile. That said, I’m good at spotting the ones with a little something special – like this ribbed one with fringe detail at the hem (here). Because of the knit, the slim-fitting dress is actually quite comfortable and can easily be styled for day or night. I’ve chosen a look that is perfect for an early, casual dinner followed by evening, rooftop drinks (I love an outfit that can transition!).
