Style Tip: Reach for The Stars

In 2017, we will all be seeing stars (literally!). Your Instagram feed is most likely already full of blouses, boots, jeans and jackets that feature a twinkling star print. If not, you can expect this explosion to happen soon, as star-studded collections have been rolling out hard. From small sparks to bold bangs, star-printed apparel and footwear are the easiest way to edge-up your style this coming spring.

To cheer these gray winter days and start mixing in this fresher-than-florals spring trend, I decided to go with a top by the bold designer Milly, which features bright metallic stars (here). I paired the print with my favorite black skinnies and a pair of shiny booties. This look is a little bit out of the norm for me, but so is going to the Meatpacking (my boozy brunch days were behind me until winter got me feeling restless). Since, I’ve been staying all snuggled up in this teddy bear coat by Pinko, – an Italian brand that I’m currently coveting – my warm and furry friend was the perfect topper for this weekend look.
