It should come as no surprise that my closet is full of a lot of black. Most of my wardrobe staples were purchases that I felt would get a lot of wear. But sometimes there are still pieces that find themselves lost in the sea of monochrome and end up sadly swaying on hangers, as go-to items are pulled out. Luckily for this black wrap skirt (similar here, here, and here), I found the lonesome garment during my spring-cleaning and brought it out to mingle with the others.
Since this flirty-fitting, black skirt was new to me all over again, I was eager to pair it with the blush off-the-shoulder top (here) that I had recently purchased for transitioning into spring with warmer colors and feminine cuts. As soon as I tried the two on together (and paired them with the latest block heel (here) in my collection), I fell in love. This was the perfect outfit for stepping out on the town for dinner and drinks during date night with the huz.
Below are outfit details, plus other blush tops and black skirts that make for a feminine, flirty outfit.
